| PRE-PESACH SHIURIM WITH HARRY FREEDMAN |
| Harry Freedman will lead the first of four pre-Pesach shiurim this Shabbat at 9:20 am, before 10:00 am Shacharit. Harry will give fresh ideas and topics for people to discuss at their Seder. He will look at the origins and development of the Haggadah, at some of the more interesting passages and rituals and at some of the more puzzling aspects The aim will be to help people to bring fresh eyes to the Seder. There will be no need to bring a Haggadah, because Harry will work from handouts. Each session will be a standalone shiur, so you should feel free to come even if you won’t be available for subsequent sessions. All are welcome. |
| NAME CSM'S PUPPY AT ISRAEL GUIDE DOG CENTRE |

| This year, the Israel Guide Dog Centre was a beneficiary of the CSM Kol Nidre appeal. As a token of their appreciation, they have asked us to name a puppy. This is a wonderful way for the community to remain connected to the Centre and to learn more about the work our donation supports. Please submit your suggestions to 18winstonnewman@gmail.com by 15th March, so that we can pass them on to the Centre for them to make the final choice. (Please note Israeli and Jewish names are not suitable, as they would cause confusion in public areas). |

Now that more children are coming to shul and enjoying the children’s services, we thought we should remind you that some children are sensitive to some food products and you need to be very careful about any sweets or snacks that you bring to shul. If in doubt please leave at home. If your child has any allergies, it would be helpful if you notified us and also the children’s service leaders and we’ll do our best to control things although we can’t watch all of the children, all of the time, so you need to take care please. |
